FASTEST LOADERS IN THE SUPER REGION!

We are reaching out to the Powerlifting, Weightlifting, CrossFit and Fitness communities across the Regions to help us build teams that can undeniably be the called the country’s Fastest Loading Team.
  • The fastest loading team (avg. change time), will WIN a 285 kg Eleiko Competition set.
  • 2nd place will WIN an Eleiko bar, and the
  • 3rd place team will WIN a set of Eleiko competition collars.  
 
*Minimum of 5 to a team (7 recommended).  Minimum of 2 sessions loading.
 
  • Location: The Lab Gym, 5035 Manchester Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110
  • Tentative Schedule of events:
    • 140 lifter cap Midwest - Platform 1 (weight classes will be scheduled light to heavy, female, male alternating flights) 3 Sessions Saturday 2 Flights per session, 2 sessions Sunday 2 Flights per Session
    • 140 lifter cap Central - Platform 2 (weight classes will be scheduled light to heavy, female, male alternating flights) 3 Sessions Saturday 2 Flights per session, 2 sessions Sunday 2 Flights per Session
      • * if we reach the cap in both Regions the schedule will follow as stated
      • ** if we do not reach caps, the priority of scheduling will fill Saturday into Sunday
      • ***Saturday Tentative Women 43, 47, 52, 57, 63 & Men 53, 59, 66, 74, 83, 93
      • ***Sunday Tentative Women 72, 84, 84+ & Men 105, 120 & 120+
  • Fri. July 13th
    • 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm: Check-Ins and Early Equipment Check for Saturday Lifters
    • 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm: Rules briefing and Referees Meeting
  • Sat. July 14th
    • 5:30 am Athlete Check-In and Equipment Check for Session 1 only
    • 6:00 am to 7:30 am: Weigh Ins for Saturday Session 1
    • 8:00 am Session 1 Start
    • 12:15 pm Session 1 Finish
    • 9:30 am Athlete Check In and Equipment Check for Session 2 Only
    • 10:30 pm to 12:00 pm: Weigh Ins for Saturday Session 2
    • 12:45 pm Session 2 Start
    • 5:00 pm Session 2 Finish
    • 3:00 to 4:00 pm Early Check In and Equipment Check for Sunday
  • Sun. July 15th
    • 6:00 am Athlete Check In and Equipment Check for Session 1 only
    • 6:30 am to 8:00 am: Weigh Ins for Saturday Session 1
    • 8:30 am Session 1 Start
    • 12:45 pm Session 1 Finish
    • 10:30 am Athlete Check In and Equipment Check for Session 2
    • 11:30 am to 1:00 pm: Weigh Ins for Saturday Session 2
    • 1:30 pm Session 2 Start
    • 5:30 pm Session 2 Finish
